Summary Founding AI Systems Architect / AI Automation Expert I'm looking for an exceptional AI Systems Architect to help me build my personal AI Executive Team using existing AI platforms. This is not a traditional software development project. I want to assemble best-in-class tools (Notion, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Make/n8n, APIs, MCPs, QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Workspace, etc.) into a single operating system that helps me run multiple businesses and my personal life. The goal is to build a working MVP within 30 days. What You'll Do Design the overall system architecture Recommend the best AI tools and technology stack Build and integrate the system using existing platforms Connect APIs and automations Create an AI Chief of Staff, CFO, Executive Assistant, and other executive agents Deliver a polished, working system—not just concepts Ideal Experience Claude Code AI agents / multi-agent systems Notion Make.com or n8n APIs & MCP Workflow automation Strong systems thinking This is a high-impact project with the potential for an ongoing long-term role.
