We're looking for a voice AI specialist who has already built systems like this before and wants to grow with a business that's just getting started. I have a working AI agent called Titan Command Center — live, connected to GHL, Monday.com, BatchData, and a Deal Desk pipeline. The foundation exists. I need someone to take it to the next level, not someone figuring it out on my dollar. What Needs Building • Voice in/out — speak to Titan naturally, it transcribes, processes, and speaks back • Intent detection and intelligent routing to the correct sub-agent • Barge-in support and conversational memory across sessions • Integration with existing agents and tools as the roadmap grows • Modular architecture — built to scale without rebuilding the core Important Note I have an in-house tech person who will shadow this project throughout. You'll be expected to explain your decisions, document your work, and build in a way that transfers knowledge. If you're not comfortable with that, this isn't the right fit.
