Summary Project Overview I have a fully built bilingual (English/Spanish) real estate site — Next.js 14, Tailwind CSS, Supabase backend, hosted on Vercel, GA4 tracking already in place. It's a cash-home-buying business (motivated seller leads in NJ). The site is done. I need someone to connect it to a working AI/automation stack so leads get captured, qualified, and followed up on automatically — not a redesign, not a rebuild. What's already built Next.js 14 + Tailwind, deployed on Vercel Supabase for data Existing Claude API chatbot on the site (needs to be upgraded/properly wired, not built from scratch) GA4 analytics installed What I need connected Lead capture → CRM automation: Every form submission / chatbot conversation should push structured lead data into Supabase and trigger a follow-up sequence (email/SMS). If you have GoHighLevel experience, that's a plus since I run GHL elsewhere. Chatbot upgrade: Take the existing Claude API chatbot and make it actually qualify leads — property condition, timeline, motivation — and route hot leads to me in real time (Slack, email, or text alert). Lead scoring/follow-up logic: Basic scoring based on lead answers, with automated drip follow-up for anyone who doesn't convert immediately. Analytics tie-in: Make sure GA4 events map to actual lead actions (chatbot start, form submit, follow-up click) so I can see what's converting. What I do NOT need A new website or redesign Generic "content AI" / social media AI / SEO AI tools — not in scope for this project A CRM rebuild — I want automation layered onto what exists Ideal candidate Strong with Next.js, Supabase, and API integrations (Claude/Anthropic API or similar LLM APIs) Experience connecting websites to CRM/automation platforms (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n — any of these is fine) Can show past work connecting a chatbot or lead form to a real backend workflow, not just a demo Communicates clearly, works independently, doesn't need hand-holding on basic setup Scope / Engagement Fixed price preferred for defined scope, open to hourly if you propose a clear milestone structure I'll walk you through the current site and Supabase schema on a kickoff call Ongoing work possible if this goes well — I have other ventures with similar automation needs To apply Tell me specifically what you'd change about the current chatbot-to-lead workflow, and link one project where you connected a site to a CRM or automation backend.
