Description

We are seeking an Intercom FIN AI expert to build and optimize an AI voice channel. The goal is to efficiently handle support volume by automating responses and improving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with Intercom and AI voice channels, and be able to design and implement effective solutions to enhance our support operations. We're live on this channel now but CSAT is too low so we need optimization improvements before scaling. We are doing will on AI chat and have a strong knowledge base already.
