WordPress Website Support & Maintenance — Monthly Retainer (Long-Term) We are Muzn IT, a IT company looking for a reliable WordPress developer for ongoing website support and maintenance on a long-term monthly retainer basis. What you'll be doing: WordPress core, theme & plugin updates (safely, with rollback readiness) Daily automated backups + manual backup before every change Security monitoring, malware scans & performance checks Fixing broken links, images, forms & minor bugs Minor content & layout updates as requested Speed & performance optimization Form testing & email delivery verification Weekly & monthly reporting Contract details: $150/month per website (fixed monthly milestone) 45 combined hours/month (minor + major work) Unused hours carry forward to the next month, max 20 hours 12-month contract with renewal Working hours: Sun–Thu, 9 AM–5 PM KSA time Urgent fixes resolved within 2 hours Requirements: Strong WordPress, PHP & plugin knowledge Experience with security, backup tools & speed optimization Reliable, detail-oriented & able to work independently Must sign a Service Agreement & NDA before starting We are looking for a long-term partner to grow with us as we manage multiple client websites.
