Summary We are a small car rental business (Crazy Cars) with ~40 customers looking for an experienced Airtable + Make.com specialist to build a clean automation system to replace our complex Excel spreadsheets. Project Scope: Main Requirements: Design and build a complete Airtable base (Customers, Payment Promises, Payments, Vehicles tables) Create professional Airtable Interfaces (dashboards) for daily operations Build daily Make.com scenario that: Pulls transactions from Ezidebit API Imports CBA bank CSV (manual upload) Matches payments to promises using Customer Unique ID Updates statuses, bond balances, flags failed payments and low bond Sends automated SMS via Coax.com.au Creates follow-up tasks in ClickUp Set up formulas for overdue calculations, bond status, etc. Clean data migration from current Excel Documentation and short training for our team Must Have Skills: Strong experience with Airtable (tables, formulas, Interfaces, linked records) Strong experience with Make.com (scenarios, CSV parsing, API integrations, routers, iterators) Experience with payment reconciliation automations Clean, maintainable setup
