Summary Hello, I’m looking for a long-term AI automation engineer to help build an AI Operations System for my real estate brokerage. The first project is to automate our transaction coordination process inside Brivity. Our current workflow is: 1. A transaction email arrives in Gmail. 2. Download the attachments. 3. Open Brivity. 4. Search for the property address. 5. If no transaction exists, create one. 6. Add the appropriate contacts and collaborators. 7. Open the Docs section. 8. Upload the documents. 9. Update the transaction checklist. 10. Notify the assigned agent that everything is complete. I need someone who has experience building AI agents and browser automations—not just prompting ChatGPT or Claude. Please tell me: * Have you built AI agents that control websites or business software? * What technologies would you use for this project (Claude, OpenAI, Playwright, Python, APIs, etc.)? * Have you worked with CRMs or transaction management systems before? * How would you make this automation reliable if Brivity changes its interface? * Approximately how long would it take to build a working proof of concept?
