Summary Job Title: AI Automation Trainer – 3-Hour Live Masterclass for Banking Executives (Intent Engines & Conversational AI Agents) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI/automation trainer to design and deliver a 3-hour live virtual masterclass for senior banking and financial services executives. Session Theme: Building Intent Engines and Conversational AI Agents The masterclass should cover how conversational AI agents and intent-driven automation are being applied in real business workflows. The focus is on practical, hands-on understanding rather than deep technical theory, since the audience is largely non-technical senior banking leaders. You're welcome to build the session around any agentic/automation AI tool you have strongest expertise in, this could be ChatGPT/Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Claude Code, Zapier/Make/n8n, or similar. What we need: • A trainer/teacher, someone who can run an interactive, hands-on session • A collaboratively developed lesson plan with clear, objective-based learning outcomes (you'll work with our team on this ahead of the session) • A live demo of the chosen AI/automation tool in action • Strong understanding of business workflows within banks/financial institutions, so examples land with the audience • Ability to teach non-technical, senior executive audiences clearly and engagingly • Prior experience running similar corporate masterclasses or training sessions Deliverables: 1. Draft lesson plan/agenda (co-developed with our team) 2. Live 3-hour virtual masterclass delivery 3. Live tool demonstration during the session 4.
