Summary Project Description: We need an experienced professional to handle Meta/Facebook Business verification so we can enable the WhatsApp Business API through Twilio. Scope of work: Set up and/or optimize our Meta Business Manager (Business Suite) account Complete Meta Business Verification (legal business name, address, documents, domain verification, etc.) Set up or connect a Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) as required by Meta Coordinate the WABA connection to our Twilio account (Embedded Signup or manual WABA linking) Troubleshoot any verification rejections or holds, and resubmit with corrected info/documents Advise on display name approval and phone number registration for WhatsApp Business API Document the steps taken and any credentials/settings we'll need going forward Requirements: Proven experience completing Meta Business Verification for other clients (please share examples or case studies) Hands-on experience connecting a WABA to Twilio specifically (not just Meta's native WhatsApp API or other BSPs) Familiarity with common verification rejection reasons and how to resolve them Comfortable working with business legal documents (we will provide these securely) Clear communicator, responsive, able to work async with occasional calls Nice to have: Experience with Twilio Console / Twilio's WhatsApp Senders setup Experience with domain verification (DNS TXT records) for Meta Background in compliance, digital marketing ops, or messaging platform integrations Deliverables: Fully verified Meta Business Manager account Approved WABA connected and functional inside our Twilio account Short handoff document/loom video explaining what was done and any ongoing maintenance notes How to apply: Please include: A brief summary of a similar Meta verification + Twilio WABA setup you've completed Any blockers/rejections you commonly see and how you resolve them Your estimated timeline to get us fully verified and connected
