Summary We run a lean, systems-driven operation across property management, short-term rentals, e-commerce, and back-office ops. Nearly everything we do is automated, and we're expanding that automation layer. We're looking for a sharp automation specialist to build, maintain, and improve our workflow stack. Someone who thinks in systems, ships reliable automations, and takes a rough spec and turns it into something that just runs. What you'll work on: - Build and maintain automations in Zapier (Make / n8n a plus): booking, messaging, reporting, data sync. - Integrate APIs across OTA channel managers (Hostaway), dynamic pricing (PriceLabs), Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), and booking/payment platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Stripe). - Wire AI and LLM tools (OpenAI API, ChatGPT) into content, messaging, and data-processing workflows. - Own reliability: monitor runs, catch and fix errors fast, keep dashboards accurate. You're a fit if you: - Have real Zapier / Make / n8n depth and can read and debug an API doc. - Are strong with Google Sheets (formulas and Apps Script) and light scripting. - Communicate clearly in English and work independently across time zones. - Are meticulous about error handling. Broken automations bother you. This is long-term and part-time (about 15 hours a week to start, with room to grow alongside the systems). You'll work directly with our systems lead, fast and direct. We start with a small paid test task. Please answer in your proposal: 1. Describe a multi-step automation you built end to end: the tools, the trigger, and what manual work it replaced. 2. A Zap has been silently failing for a week. Walk us through exactly how you diagnose and fix it. 3. Which low-code and AI tools are you strongest in, and how many hours per week can you commit?
