roject Overview We are looking for an experienced Shopify app developer to build a simple internal inventory management tool for our manufacturing business. The app will be used by workshop staff on iPads with Bluetooth barcode scanners to issue inventory to active jobs and automatically update stock levels in Shopify. This is an internal operational tool, not a customer-facing application. Business Background We manufacture campervans and vehicle fit-outs and complete over 150 projects per year. We currently manage inventory through Shopify and jobs through Monday.com. We need a fast and simple workflow for workshop staff to allocate inventory to jobs without manual data entry. Required Workflow Staff member opens the app on an iPad. Staff selects an active job from a dropdown list. Active jobs are pulled automatically from Monday.com. Staff scans products using: Bluetooth barcode scanner, and/or iPad camera barcode scanner. Quantities automatically accumulate as products are scanned. Staff presses "Complete" when finished. Shopify inventory is reduced automatically. Transaction is recorded against the selected job. Core Requirements Shopify Integration Read products and inventory levels. Reduce inventory quantities.
