Description
Summary GoHighLevel ↔ External CRM — Two-Way API Integration We're looking for an experienced developer to build a two-way integration between our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and an external call-center CRM (REST API, JSON payloads). What we need: Flow A — Real-time (GHL → external CRM) When a lead from our Meta ads enters GoHighLevel, it must be pushed immediately to the external platform so phone operators can call it. The sequence: authenticate (API key → JWT token), create a contact record, create a linked ticket, and schedule an outbound call. Includes phone-number normalization and storing the returned ticket ID back in GHL. Flow B — Daily (external CRM → GHL) Once a day, pull call outcomes back into GoHighLevel: the call-attempt number and the result (no answer, not interested, follow-up scheduled, contract call scheduled, closed won, closed lost). Match each record back to the right GHL contact and update fields / pipeline stage. Important technical note: the external CRM does not provide outbound webhooks, so Flow B must poll their search API. We're open to your recommendation on the approach — Make, n8n, or a lightweight custom middleware — and we'd like you to tell us what you'd choose and why. We also need proper error handling: expired-token retry, notification + flagging when a lead fails to sync, and logging of unmatched records. You're a great fit if you have: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, webhooks, custom fields) Solid REST API integration experience (JWT auth, polling, error handling) Experience with Make and/or n8n (or middleware development if you recommend that route) Clear communication and the ability to hand over documentation What we'll provide: Complete API documentation and a detailed technical brief (PDF), shared with shortlisted candidates. To apply, please tell us: Have you built GoHighLevel integrations before? Briefly describe one. Would you recommend Make/n8n or custom middleware here, and why? Your estimated timeline and a fixed-price quote. We'll share the full brief with promising candidates so you can refine your quote. Looking forward to your proposal!
