Summary We are building a B2B SaaS platform for international workforce mobilization. Our customers are large employers such as construction companies, EPC contractors, manufacturing companies, oil & gas firms, and government contractors that recruit large numbers of international blue-collar workers through licensed manpower agencies. The platform is **not** a job marketplace. Instead, it serves as a centralized project management and collaboration platform where employers can submit workforce requests, assign them to vetted recruitment agencies, monitor progress in real time, and manage the entire mobilization process through deployment. Examples include: * AI extraction of manpower requirements from uploaded RFQs and tender documents * AI-generated project summaries * AI-assisted proposal drafting * AI-generated candidate summaries * AI risk detection for project delays and missing documentation * AI-generated executive status reports * AI-powered search across uploaded documents * AI chat assistant that answers questions about a project's current status ## Candidate Workflow The platform should support configurable workflow stages such as: * Requirement Submitted * Agency Assigned * Candidate Submitted * Employer Review * Interview * Medical * Documentation * Visa Processing * Flight Booked * Worker Deployed Each stage should be customizable by administrators. ## Preferred Technology We are open to recommendations, but we expect a modern low-code/no-code approach where appropriate.
