I own all client relationships and sales. Looking for a skilled developer as an ongoing technical partner as I scale to 10+ contractor clients. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD: - AI receptionist: 24/7 inbound call handling, FAQ responses from the client's knowledge base, appointment booking into the client's calendar, missed-call text-back recovery - Speed-to-lead agent: form submitted → AI calls the lead within 60 seconds, qualifies them, books the estimate into GHL - Same core system adapted per client (services, pricing FAQ, calendar, phone numbers) — repeatable builds, not one-offs STACK REQUIRED: - Voice AI: Vapi or Retell AI - CRM: GoHighLevel (sub-account setup, pipelines, workflows, calendar integration) - Automation: n8n or Make.com - Telephony: Twilio for calls and SMS follow-up - A2P 10DLC registration experience is a strong plus — most devs skip this, don't HOW IT WORKS: - I close the client and own the relationship entirely — you never quote pricing or handle sales - We do a three-way scoping call per new client (you handle technical requirements only — about 30 minutes, once per project before build begins) - You build based on a signed Statement of Work - 50% of every build fee (builds run $1,000–$5,000 depending on scope) + 20% of the client's monthly retainer ($500–$2,000/month, so $100–$400/month recurring p
