I'm building a ios/android app in the competitive fitness space — think structured performance tracking, video-verified achievement submissions, and ranking/leaderboard systems, with some social features layered on top. I'm now looking for the right long-term developer to help build it. This is not a one-off project — I'm hiring one dedicated, full-time developer to work with me on an ongoing basis as the product grows, not someone completing a fixed-scope job and moving on.
