I need an experienced WordPress specialist to urgently troubleshoot and stabilize my business website. Website: ntcares.com Hosting: Turbify / cPanel Theme: Psyio – Psychology & Counseling WordPress Theme Builder/plugins: Elementor appears to be involved Issue: Recurring HTTP ERROR 500 Background: My website was recently rebuilt in WordPress using the Psyio theme. Since then, the site has had repeated technical problems, including missing theme files, database credential issues, and recurring HTTP 500 errors. A previous developer restored the site by reinstalling the Psyio theme and required plugins. The site worked temporarily, but the HTTP 500 error has returned multiple times. The most recent identified issue was in the .htaccess file. It contained Backup Migration rules and a cPanel-generated PHP handler forcing the site to use PHP 5.3: AddHandler application/x-httpd-ea-php53 .php .php5 .phtml That code was removed, and the site was switched to PHP 8.3, but the HTTP 500 error has now returned again. I need someone who can do more than a temporary fix. I need a root-cause diagnosis and stabilization plan.
