Summary # AI Video Automation Specialist (Faceless Content) ## Role Overview We are looking for an AI Video Automation Specialist to help us build and scale multiple faceless content channels across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms. Your mission is to create efficient AI-powered systems that produce high-quality, viral short-form videos at scale. This is a highly creative and technical role combining AI, automation, storytelling, and content strategy. ## Key Responsibilities * Build and manage AI-powered workflows for faceless short-form video production. * Research viral content, trends, and successful content formats across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. * Generate scripts using AI while maintaining engaging storytelling and high retention. * Create AI voiceovers using leading text-to-speech tools. * Produce videos using AI video generation and editing software. * Source or generate visuals, animations, stock footage, and B-roll. * Design subtitles, hooks, transitions, and editing styles optimized for watch time. * Schedule and publish content across multiple channels. * Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content based on data. * Test new AI tools and automation workflows to improve speed and quality. * Build scalable systems capable of producing large volumes of premium content. ## Required Skills * Experience creating viral short-form content. * Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram algorithms. * Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar. * Experience with AI video tools such as CapCut, Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, or similar. * Knowledge of prompt engineering. * Strong storytelling and content research skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and continuously improve production systems. ## Nice to Have * Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n. * Experience building automated publishing workflows. * Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge. * Experience managing multiple faceless channels. * Understanding of YouTube monetization and TikTok growth strategies. ## Success Metrics * Consistent production of high-quality short-form videos. * Increased views, engagement, and follower growth. * High audience retention and watch time. * Efficient AI-powered production workflows. * Ability to scale multiple channels simultaneously while maintaining quality.
