Description
Summary We're looking for a hands-on AI agent engineer who lives and breathes agent development — someone who builds and experiments with AI agents daily and has deep knowledge of AI orchestration, agent loops, and agent engineering. This is NOT a workflow-automation role (no Zapier/n8n/Make-style pipelines). We need someone who can design and build genuinely autonomous agents on Claude: multi-step reasoning loops, tool use, planning/reflection, memory, and self-correction, using the Claude API / Claude Agent SDK / Claude Code. You should be able to show prior work building autonomous, self-directed agents (not just chatbots or scripted flows) and be comfortable architecting agent loops from scratch rather than assembling no-code pieces. Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) is a plus but strong custom-loop engineering matters more. Ongoing, evolving engagement for the right person.
