I’m looking for an experienced AI automation expert to help build an agentic marketing team that works together like a real marketing department. This isn’t just about creating a few automations. I want to build a team of specialist AI agents that can collaborate, share information and proactively help drive our marketing activity. Our business operates in the recruitment sector, recruiting people in Europe and America. The vision I’d like to create AI agents such as: * Content Strategist. Identifies the best topics to write about based on market trends and CRM data. * Research Agent. Finds salary trends, industry insights and competitor activity. * LinkedIn Writer. Produces engaging posts in our tone of voice. * Email Marketing Agent. Creates newsletters for different audiences. * Community Manager. Suggests discussion topics and follow-up actions for our communities. * Podcast Agent. Repurposes podcast transcripts into articles, social posts and email campaigns. * CRM Intelligence Agent. Analyses Bullhorn data to identify opportunities, talent shortages and dormant clients. * Marketing Performance Agent. Reviews campaign performance and recommends improvements. The goal is for these agents to work together, not independently. What I’m looking for I’m looking for someone who: * Has built multi-agent AI systems before. * Has experience with AI workflows and automation. * Can recommend the best architecture rather than simply follow instructions. * Thinks commercially as well
