Description
Summary We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level AI Automation Engineer to help design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation systems. You will work directly with a hands-on AI Automation Architect and subject-matter experts to deliver production-grade automation for content generation, regulatory intelligence, and publishing workflows. This role requires comfort using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Content & Publication Automation Design and implement automated pipelines to track weekly updates across financial, digital asset, and crypto-related topics. Build multi-model validation workflows that compare outputs from multiple LLMs to improve accuracy and coverage. Implement AI-based formatting and style enforcement to ensure content aligns with defined brand guidelines. Develop human-in-the-loop review workflows for editing, approval, and publication. 2. Regulatory & Market Intelligence Systems Build and maintain scrapers and API integrations for Gov agencies, state regulators, and selected international sources. Automatically classify and organize regulatory updates into internal intelligence systems. Monitor and categorize congressional and regulatory communications related to investigations and enforcement. Maintain structured data feeds for regulatory activity and election-related updates. 3. Workflow & Distribution Automation Automate publishing workflows for websites, email campaigns, and social platforms (final approval by humans). Build and maintain internal tools to track leadership media mentions and public-facing activity. Required Technical Skills: Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js for backend and automation development. Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.). Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex. Proficiency using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development. Strong understanding of APIs, RSS feeds, and web scraping. Familiarity with vector databases and RAG workflows is a plus. Working knowledge of Git-based CI/CD and containerized deployments (Docker; Kubernetes a plus). Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or AI-enabled systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy. Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and incorporate structured feedback. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, vendor-neutral engineering environment.
