Description

Summary We're building an automation tool for UK construction and trade SMEs (builders, plasterers, electricians). These businesses run their entire admin—quoting, invoicing, payment chasing—inside WhatsApp manually. They're time-poor, site-based, and resistant to new software. Our product doesn't ask them to change platforms. It automates the admin inside the tool they already live in. Delivered via Make.com. The Opportunity This is not a one-off project. We're looking for a long-term technical partner who can: · Build reliable, production-grade Make.com scenarios · Integrate with the WhatsApp Business API · Maintain and support the system as we scale to 30+ clients The Work You'll be responsible for: · Building the core automation workflow (Make.com + WhatsApp API + CRM/analytics) · Onboarding each new client (customising the workflow to their specific needs) · Ongoing maintenance (bug fixes, API updates, scenario monitoring) · Providing documentation (SOPs, Loom videos) so the system is not a black box The Pricing Model Fee Amount Frequency Setup £100 Per new client onboarded Maintenance £50 Per client, per month Total at 30 clients £1,600 Monthly (£100 setup × 30 clients one-off, then £50 × 30 clients monthly) What This Means for You · Predictable, recurring income that scales with our client base · No sales or client management—just technical delivery · Long-term partnership, not a one-off gig · Work remotely, flexible hours (but availability for support is important) Who We're Looking For · Proven Make.com experience (please share examples of complex scenarios you've built) · WhatsApp Business API experience (template approval, 24-hour window, error handling) · Strong documentation skills (you'll be creating SOPs and Loom videos) · Reliable and responsive—this is a partnership, not a transaction · UK-based or able to work UK hours (support needed during UK business hours)
