I run a digital marketing consultancy (SEO, paid media, analytics, AI visibility) serving enterprise and mid-market clients. I build AI agents and automations myself using Claude Code, Codex, and MCP servers — but as a solo founder, I often start projects I can’t keep iterating on. Example: I built a WordPress content agent for a fitness chain client that’s now sitting half-finished. I’m looking for a reliable, hands-on AI engineer I can work with on an ongoing monthly retainer — someone who can pick up my in-progress agent projects, finish them, maintain them, and build new ones as client needs come up. What you’ll work on: • Completing and maintaining AI agents I’ve started in Claude Code / Codex (e.g., a WordPress publishing agent, SEO automation agents) • Building new marketing-focused agents and automations from briefs I provide • Setting up and debugging MCP servers (custom and third-party: DataForSEO, Ahrefs, Google APIs, etc.) • Knowing when a workflow belongs in n8n or Make vs. a code-based agent — and building it in the right place • API integrations across marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, WordPress/Webflow) • Fast turnaround on small fixes and iterations — this is an ongoing collaboration, not one-off gigs Must-haves: • Real Python skills — you were writing production code before “vibe coding” existed • Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Codex as daily tools • Solid understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — you’ve buil
