Description

Summary We are looking for an experienced Make.com and GoHighLevel Automation Expert to build, optimize, and maintain advanced business automation workflows for our growing business. This project involves implementing an existing Make.com automation while extending it with additional GoHighLevel integrations, AI-powered workflows, CRM automation, and API connections. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, improving existing workflows, and recommending scalable automation solutions. Responsibilities Implement and optimize existing Make.com workflows Configure GoHighLevel CRM automation Build lead capture, lead routing, and follow-up automations Integrate third-party applications using APIs and Webhooks Connect GoHighLevel with external platforms Automate customer onboarding and sales pipelines Build AI-powered workflows using OpenAI/Claude (preferred) Handle data synchronization across multiple systems Create notifications, reporting, and monitoring workflows Debug and optimize existing automations Document workflows for future maintenance Required Skills Make.com (Advanced) GoHighLevel REST APIs Webhooks HTTP Modules JSON Data Handling CRM Automation Lead Management Pipeline Automation OpenAI / Claude Integration JavaScript (Basic scripting inside Make) Airtable / Google Sheets Zapier (Bonus) n8n (Bonus) Nice to Have AI Agents Supabase PostgreSQL Docker LangChain Voice AI Integrations Twilio WhatsApp Business API What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving skills Clean, scalable automation architecture Excellent debugging abilities Experience building production-grade automations Ability to communicate clearly and suggest improvements Someone who thinks beyond just connecting modules and understands business workflows To Apply, Please Include Examples of Make.com projects you've built.
