Description
Summary This is a full end-to-end build (two Make.com scenarios, product setup, domain/email/payments config, and testing). Please send a fixed quote and timeline for the complete scope. Cohstr is a bar merch platform. Bars sign up, receive custom QR code coasters, and their customers scan to shop branded merchandise (hats, tees, sweatshirts). Everything is automated -- from signup to store creation to coaster order to monthly payouts. All accounts are already created and ready. I need someone to connect everything together, build the automation, and set up the supporting pieces. I will be available throughout for login codes, 2FA, and any approvals needed. Please review the full scope below and send me your quote. ACCOUNTS ALREADY CREATED Make.com, Printify, Templated.io, Tally.so, Resend, Stripe, Netlify, Namecheap (cohstr.com) TASK 1 -- Netlify + Domain Deploy a landing page HTML file to Netlify. Point cohstr.com from Namecheap to Netlify. Verify the site loads correctly at cohstr.com. TASK 2 -- Resend Domain Verification Add cohstr.com as a sending domain in Resend. Add the required DNS records into Namecheap. Verify the domain is authenticated so emails send from our business email domain. TASK 3 -- Stripe Connect Setup Enable Connect in Stripe under Settings. Set account type to Standard. Generate the OAuth link bars will use to connect their bank accounts. Save the OAuth link for use in the welcome email. TASK 4 -- Tally Signup Form Build the bar signup form in Tally with these exact fields: bar name, owner name, email, city, logo upload (PNG and SVG only, helper text: "PNG or SVG file, 800px wide or larger works best"), coaster pack selection (Starter 50 coasters $49 / Standard 100 coasters $89 / Pro 200 coasters $149), shipping address. Connect to Make.com via webhook. TASK 5 -- Templated.io Coaster Template Build the coaster template using a reference PDF I provide. Two dynamic fields: bar_name (text) and qr_code_image (image). All other elements static. Save Template ID for Make.com. TASK 6 -- Printify Product Setup Build 6 products locked to Monster Digital as print provider: Snapback Hat $32, Dad Hat $28, Classic Tee Bella+Canvas 3001 $30, Fitted Tee Bella+Canvas 6004 $30, Pullover Hoodie Bella+Canvas 3719 $52, Crew Sweatshirt Independent Trading SS3000 $48. Logo placement front-center on all apparel, front panel on hats. Note blueprint_id and variant_ids for Make.com. TASK 7 -- Make.com Scenario A: New Bar Signup Webhook trigger from Tally. Step 1 -- receive form data from Tally webhook. Step 2 -- logo dimension check via HTTP module. Router: 800px or wider continues. Under 800px sends friendly re-upload email via Resend and stops. Re-upload email: "Hey [name], your logo file needs to be slightly larger for the best print quality on your gear. The easiest fix is grabbing the version from your website, Facebook page, or whoever made your sign. Just reply with the updated file and we'll get everything set up right away." Step 3 -- create new Printify shop for the bar, add all 6 products with bar logo applied, pull mockup_urls from API response. Step 4 -- generate a QR code using a free QR code generation API, pointing to the Printify store URL. Step 5 -- POST to Templated.io with template ID, bar_name field, and qr_code_image field. Poll for completion, save exported PNG URL. Step 6 -- 90 second delay to allow Printify mockups to finish generating. Step 7 -- welcome email via Resend including Printify mockup images, store link, and Stripe Connect OAuth link for bank account connection. Step 8 -- notification email to me summarizing bar name, city, pack ordered, store URL, and signup date. TASK 8 -- Make.com Scenario B: Monthly Payouts Scheduled trigger: 1st of every month at 9am Mountain Time. Fetch prior month Printify orders for each active bar store. Calculate splits: 30% to bar, 70% to Cohstr. Before each transfer, check whether the bar has connected their Stripe account -- if not, skip the transfer, hold the earnings, and send that bar a "connect your account to receive your payout" email via Resend, and flag it in my monthly report. Do not let transfers fail silently. POST Stripe transfer to each bar with a connected account. Email each bar their monthly earnings. Email me a consolidated monthly report. TASK 9 -- Make.com Data Store Create Data Store with these fields: bar_name, owner_name, owner_email, city, coaster_pack, logo_url, printify_shop_id, printify_store_url, stripe_account_id, signup_date, status (default: active). Scenario A writes a new record on each successful signup. TASK 10 -- End to End Test Submit a test signup through Tally using a PNG logo I provide. Verify every step fires correctly. Fix anything that fails and retest until the full chain runs clean. DELIVERABLES cohstr.com live and loading correctly. Resend domain verified and emails sending from our business email domain. Stripe Connect enabled with OAuth link ready. Tally signup form live and connected to Make.com webhook. Templated.io coaster template built with two dynamic fields. 6 Printify products built and locked to Monster Digital. Make.com Scenario A tested and running clean. Make.com Scenario B scheduled and sandbox tested. Make.com Data Store configured. Short Loom screen recording walking me through everything built. WHAT I WILL PROVIDE All login credentials shared securely via Upwork DM. Landing page HTML file. Coaster design PDF for Templated.io reference. Full automation blueprint document with all API details. Test logo PNG for end to end testing. Real time availability for 2FA codes and login verifications throughout.
