Summary We're a real estate wholesaling company building an automated on-market deal pipeline inside GoHighLevel, and we need an experienced GHL developer to build it out. This is NOT a funnel-building or basic workflow gig. We need someone comfortable with webhooks, external API integrations, and writing data back into custom fields — real technical automation work inside GHL. What we're building: • Lead ingestion: a scraper (built separately) pushes new MLS/on-market listings into GHL via webhook • API integration with Bricked.ai for comps, rehab estimates, and ARV — Bricked.ai already handles the underwriting itself, we just need it linked into the workflow so results write back into GHL custom fields and attach reports to the deal record • Auto-calculation of Max Allowable Offer (MAO) using a formula we provide, based on the Bricked.ai outputs • Lead scoring/routing automation (Red/Yellow/Green priority system) based on deal metrics • Closer pipeline/dashboard view with dialer integration • Offer and contract automation (e-sign trigger, templated offer emails) • Follow-up and nurture workflows • Referral and partner nurture sequences (SMS/email triggers on deal stage changes) • Simple owner-facing KPI dashboard (offers, contracts, closes, profit) What you need: • Proven GoHighLevel experience with complex, multi-step workflows • Experience integrating third-party APIs into GHL (webhooks in and out, custom field writeback) • Comfortable working from a written spec/flow diagram and asking sharp questions, not just executing tickets Compensation: This is a rev-share position, not hourly or flat fee. You'll earn a percentage of gross profit on deals closed through the system you build, up to a defined payout cap. Once the cap is hit, we'll discuss an ongoing role or a new project-based deal. We'll share exact percentage and cap details with candidates who make it to the interview stage.
