Summary AI Automation Specialist — Synthflow Voice Agent Setup + CRM Integration TITLE: Set up Synthflow AI voice agent + connect to Lofty CRM (real estate outbound) DESCRIPTION: I need a Synthflow expert to build and connect an outbound AI voice-agent system for my real estate business. I will provide a complete build spec — please build exactly what it specifies. Do not redesign the approach or substitute platforms. ACCOUNTS: Synthflow account will be provided via collaborator invite (pay-as-you-go plan already created). Use Synthflow's built-in ElevenLabs voices first — test call quality and recommend whether a separate ElevenLabs subscription is needed. I have Lofty (CRM) and Espresso Agent (lead source). SCOPE: 1. Configure 4 Synthflow voice agents: (1) cold call, (2) lead follow-up, (3) expired/FSBO, (4) circle dialing / neighborhood proximity — scripts provided in my spec. 2. Set a natural voice and professional tone. Start with built-in ElevenLabs voices and recommend the best LLM model for each agent type. 3. Connect Synthflow to Lofty CRM (I provide the API key): create/update leads, log call outcomes + recordings via DIRECT WEBHOOKS (not Zapier, to avoid delay), and trigger the correct drip by outcome. Confirm whether Lofty's API can trigger drips directly; if not, implement the webhook/tag fallback. 4. Compliance FIRST: integrate a third-party DNC scrubbing service (e.g., DNC.com or PossibleNOW) to scrub before dialing, enforce legal calling hours, and build an instant opt-out path that suppresses the number and stops campaigns. 5. Lead sourcing: intake from Espresso Agent (expired/FSBO/circle dialing lists) via CSV or a Zapier/Google Sheet feed. 6. Use Zapier only for the lead-intake side. COVERAGE: Maryland & Washington DC only. DELIVERABLES & TESTING (acceptance criteria): 1. All 4 agents live and tested. 2. Test with a real DNC-listed number to verify blocking works. 3. Test opt-out on a live call — confirm the number is suppressed. 4. Confirm a call outcome appears in Lofty within 60 seconds of call end. 5. 15-minute screen-share walkthrough at handoff. 6. 7 days of post-handoff support for bug fixes/adjustments at no extra cost. PROOF REQUIRED: Include a short video or screenshots of a previous Synthflow voice agent you built, ideally one connected to a CRM. Please confirm you've connected a CRM to a voice agent before. ACCESS: Build inside MY accounts via collaborator invite — I will not share passwords. Remove your access at handoff. Compensation: Flat Fee starting at $350. Turn around time 2 to 4 days.
