We are looking for a senior WooCommerce expert to help us with the final phase of an e-commerce website migration. The current website is live and receives daily orders. A completely redesigned version has been built on a staging environment and is almost ready to go live. The website includes: - ~1,500 products - WordPress + WooCommerce + Elementor - PayPlug & PayPal - Colissimo & Mondial Relay / InPost - Yoast SEO - Loyalty program - Wishlist - Redis Object Cache The website is also connected to an external POS/stock management system (SPERO / LinéoSoft), making this migration more critical. We are looking for someone who can: • Audit the staging website before launch • Identify any technical risks • Define the safest migration strategy • Migrate the staging site to production • Preserve orders, customers and WooCommerce data • Ensure SEO is preserved • Test payments, shipping, emails, customer accounts and checkout • Verify that the POS/stock synchronization still works correctly after launch Please tell us: - Your experience with similar WooCommerce migrations - How you would handle new orders placed on the live site while the staging version is being prepared - Your estimated fixed price - Your estimated timeline We are looking for an experienced freelancer only.
