We are building a multi-tenant, AI-driven appointment booking SaaS targeting small businesses. A non-negotiable requirement is WhatsApp Coexistence: business owners must keep using their native WhatsApp Business mobile app on their phones while our AI agent synchronously manages bookings via the official API. We need a Meta API expert for a 1-hour strategic consultation to map out our onboarding and infrastructure architecture before we write production code. We want the fastest, lowest-friction path to launch without diving into the intense bureaucracy of becoming an official Meta Tech Provider on day one. Key Discussion Topics - Onboarding Strategies: Evaluating the tradeoffs of a Shared WABA model (manual phone OTP addition) vs. a Dedicated WABA model using a BSP’s managed Embedded Signup. - Coexistence & Message Echoes: Handling smb_message_echoes in FastAPI when a human business owner manually types a reply on their phone, including AI cooldown logic. - Multi-Tenant Webhook Routing: Structuring our database and webhook receivers to securely route traffic by phone_number_id across distinct tenant contexts. - Meta Rate Limits & Templates: Navigating the unverified trial tier limits (250 contacts) and automating Utility Templates for out-of-band updates (reminders, daily schedules). Requirements - Confirmed architectural experience with Meta Graph API and WhatsApp Cloud API. - You must have built or consulted on a multi-tenant messaging platform, not just single-number bots
