Description

Project: Implementation of an AI-Powered Automated Sales System for a Gym We are looking for an AI automation / CRM / workflow specialist to build an automated sales and marketing infrastructure for our gym, Elite Club (Maisons-Alfort, France). Objective: Automate as much of the sales and marketing process as possible in order to increase: * lead-to-member conversions * member retention * Google reviews * reactivation of former members * upsells (personal coaching, Pilates Reformer, supplements) Current Stack: * Resamania (gym management software) * Instagram / Facebook * Google Business Profile Target Stack: * GoHighLevel * n8n * Claude AI (Anthropic) * APIs / webhooks * WhatsApp / SMS / Email automation We are looking for someone capable of: * designing the overall system architecture * building automation workflows * properly connecting all tools and integrations * documenting the automations * and ideally training the owner on the day-to-day use of the system.
