I need a custom function hooked into WooCommerce's order completed event that calls the Systeme.io API directly to add the customer and trigger a specific email campaign. This should be a small custom snippet or mini-plugin, not built through Zapier, Make, or n8n. Budget is $35 flat, which should cover testing with a real or test order to confirm it actually works, not just writing the code and handing it over untested. Before starting, please confirm against Systeme.io's docs whether their API supports triggering a preset campaign directly, or whether it only supports adding a tag that then triggers a campaign inside Systeme.io's own automation rules. This changes what the code needs to do, so I'd like that confirmed upfront rather than discovered partway through.
