Hi Morgan! I hope you're doing well! My name is Samylla, and I work for Bueno Law Immigration. We're looking for a developer to help us review our website and ensure it complies with CPRA and GDPR requirements. At the moment, we don't collect, store, or sell visitor data beyond what users voluntarily submit through our opt-in forms to receive an ebook and join our marketing campaigns. However, I believe we may still be missing some required compliance features, such as opt-out options. Our website is built on WordPress using Divi Pro. We also don't currently have a cookie consent banner or other privacy notices because we haven't been actively tracking or monetizing user data. That said, we'd like an expert to review our setup and determine whether these features are still required. In addition, we'd like a thorough review of our website's code, themes, plugins, and extensions to make sure everything is configured in accordance with CPRA and GDPR best practices. Finally, we're missing a published Privacy Policy page. We already have a draft of the content, but we need someone to review it, make any necessary recommendations, and ensure the page is properly set up and functioning on the website.
