Summary Hi, We would like to request a quote to create an AI agent structure for our agency, including a supervisor/coordinator agent and several specialized agents. 4EON is an experiential marketing and visual merchandising agency. We currently use Monday.com, Salesforce, Gmail, and Make.com, and we would like to automate several operational workflows. Please provide pricing and estimated timing for each item separately. Email Reply Monitoring Agent An agent that checks whether any of our 8 team members, plus myself, received a client email addressed to them and did not reply within one business day. The agent should notify the relevant team member and send a daily 8:00 AM report with all missing replies. Please quote separately a dashboard for myself and one additional team member to monitor delays. Vendor Quote Request Follow-Up Agent An agent that monitors emails sent to vendors with the subject line beginning with “Quote Request.” If the vendor does not reply within one business day, the agent should notify the sender and automatically send the vendor a daily reminder for up to 4 days. After the fourth day, the agent should create a report. Monday.com / Salesforce PO Agent An agent that detects approved printing requests in Monday.com and sends a request to Salesforce to create a PO from the related opportunity quote. The PO should be generated only after the project has been approved by the client in Monday.com. Once created, the PO number should be written back into a specific Monday.com field. Artwork Dimension Verification Agent An agent that compares the artwork measurements in Monday.com with the file dimensions reported in the relevant column, and verifies that the artwork fits the selected store window. Storefront Image Search Agent An agent that searches Google using a store address, finds an image of the storefront, and downloads or attaches the image to the corresponding Monday.com item. Final Mock-Up Agent An agent that creates a final mock-up using the installation images uploaded in Monday.com by the installer. In addition, we are evaluating the following AI workflows: Intake & Triage Agent An agent that reads each new form submission, classifies the request type, checks the Marcolin database for existing surveys, and creates the correct Monday.com item in the appropriate group. Installer Matching Agent An agent that searches our installer database, scores installers by proximity and past performance, drafts and sends outreach emails, and logs responses back into Monday.com. AI Rendering Agent An agent that generates window mock-ups from survey photos and artwork files, using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Claude, ChatGPT, or a custom ComfyUI workflow. The goal would be for our designer to review and approve AI drafts rather than manually creating every rendering. Photo Analysis Agent An agent that reviews uploaded survey photos, identifies existing brand installations, and pre-fills the “Window Selection” field in Monday.com. Automated Follow-Up Agent An agent that monitors Monday.com items that have not moved forward after a defined number of days, sends follow-up emails automatically, and escalates unresolved items to the appropriate team member. Installation QC Agent An agent that reviews post-installation photos, compares them with the approved rendering, checks positioning, seams, bubbles, and window selection, then helps generate the final PDF report and mark the item as installed. We would also appreciate your recommendation on the best platform for this structure. Would you recommend Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier, or a hybrid architecture? Please include: Cost estimate for each individual agent/workflow Cost for the supervisor/coordinator agent Cost for the dashboard, quoted separately Estimated timeline for each phase Recommended technology stack Any required subscriptions or third-party tools Ongoing monthly maintenance cost We already use Make.com, so please consider that in your recommendation.
