We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional client experience, and we're continuously improving our digital systems to support that experience. We're looking for a reliable technical support professional who can become our go-to expert for website development, platform troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing technical improvements. This is **not** a full-time role. Instead, we're looking for someone we can call on whenever technical projects or issues arise. ## What You'll Help With You'll assist us with a wide variety of technical tasks, including: * WordPress development and maintenance * Wix troubleshooting (during our transition) * Calendly setup and optimization * Website updates and improvements * Plugin installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Form integrations * CRM integrations (Airtable, Notion, etc.) * Google Workspace integrations * Zapier and automation troubleshooting * SEO technical fixes * Website speed and performance improvements * DNS, domain, and hosting configuration * Email deliverability and website-related technical issues * API integrations when required * General troubleshooting across our technology stack Essentially, if it's technical and web-related, we'd like someone we can rely on instead of spending hours figuring it out ourselves. #
