Summary We are looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build production-ready AI receptionists for healthcare businesses. This is not an experimental project. We are looking for someone who has already built AI receptionists for dental clinics, med spas, or medical practices and understands the workflows involved. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right developer, as we expect additional projects in the future. Budget: Fixed Price: $300-$500 per project Scope of Work: Using Retell AI and n8n, you'll build a fully functional AI receptionist that can: Answer inbound phone calls naturally Handle common patient questions and clinic FAQs Check appointment availability Book appointments for multiple providers or specialists Reschedule and cancel appointments Collect patient information when appropriate Transfer urgent calls to staff when needed Log call summaries, transcripts, and patient details Trigger automations using n8n Integrate with calendars and practice management software where needed The AI should sound natural, handle conversations smoothly, and be reliable enough for real patients. Required Experience: Please apply only if you have experience building AI voice agents using: Retell AI n8n API integrations Calendar integrations Voice AI workflows Experience building AI receptionists specifically for dental clinics, med spas, or medical practices is strongly preferred. Experience integrating with systems such as Google Calendar, Outlook, NexHealth, OpenDental, Dentrix, Jane App, Athenahealth, or similar practice management software is a plus.
